This forum site is a new service from Vet Solutions, open to all users of our products and services.

It is in it's infancy so please excuse the occasional wobble as it takes it's first steps - it will no doubt grow and change over time and we are excited by it's potential.

Initially the site is intended to provide another means for Vet Solutions to keep it's customers informed regarding developments pertaining to our products, to offer advice and guidance on them and to gather feedback to help us improve them. It also aims to provide a place where Vet Solutions customers can help each other to help themselves by sharing hints, tips and advice from the perspective of fellow users with a shared experience of using our systems.

It is important to realise that this site is not intended to replace the current Vet Solutions Technical Support system; merely to supplement it.
If a query requires an quick response from the relevant department then the standard means of communication (phone or e-mail) are still the preferred methods of contact. Similarly when a query is specific to your practice and it would not benefit other forum members to share in it direct communication is preferable.

Vet Solutions staff do monitor and moderate these forums but they do so in addition to their regular work; providing, maintaining and supporting your IT infrastructure and practice management systems.
In order to to maintain our normal high standards of service this work must take priority over participation in these forums so please be patient when awaiting a response here.
